The Festival Dinner takes place on the evening of Thursday 9th August – the opening day of the show.
We celebrate the success of the event with a pre-dinner drink, a three course fine dining menu and live music.
Make sure you wear your dancing shoes!
Starter: Mediterranean Vegetable Tian with grilled asparagus and basil dressing (v)
Main Course: Con fed chicken stuffed with mushroom mousse, potato cake, French beans, Parisienne carrots and port jus
Vegetarian option of Roast pepper, goat’s cheese and apricot money bag, seasonal vegetables and piquillo pepper sauce
Dessert: Pistachio tart with chocolate and orange ice cream
