Bluetits kit
A new kit featuring adorable blue tits on catkins. A picture full of the promise of Spring!
This kit makes up to 30cm square. All fabrics are included with four printed bluetits (designed by Kate and printed in the UK) Also in the kit you get backing felt, and fusible web, full colour instructions and all the templates needed. This is an applique design using fusible web. It is designed to be machine stitched, ideally using free motion stitching, but it can be completed in other ways including hand stitching if preferred.

Kate will be exhibiting at this years Festival of Quilts at the NEC Birmingham.
The show runs from 3rd to 6th August
Kate will be showing four new kits at Festival.
These delightful kits make pictures 30cm square. Each kit has specially printed fabric designed by Kate, as well as backing felt, fusible web, full colour instructions and templates. All the sewer needs is their own choice of thread.
The four kits feature wild birds seen in the British countryside.
Goldfinches and Teasels has a soft palette of browns and greys setting off the bright goldfinches sitting on teasels. Bluetits and Catkins has a wonderful Spring vibe in pretty yellows and blues, Kingfisher is set in a lush pond setting with lilypads and reflections in the water, whilst Autumn Pheasant picks out the rich jewel tones of the plumage and colourful autumn foliage.
