The Festival of Quilts Competition Entry Form 2024
We aim to hang and judge every entry, making The Festival of Quilts the biggest celebration of quilting in the world, with over 1200 quilts on display.
The Entry Form for 2024 is now live and must be completed by Wednesday 12 June!
Important Information: Please read before completing the form
If you are having trouble with the entry form, please email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.
- Please complete the fields in the entry form accurately in Title Case (please do NOT type in BLOCK CAPITALS).
- The competition catalogue is printed directly from the information you enter (Title of Piece, Maker’s name, Artist Statement, Materials and Techniques) so please check carefully before submitting.
- Please alert us if there are any mistakes by emailing [email protected]. The organisers cannot take any responsibility for errors resulting from subsequent changes. If you change your method of delivery or collection, no refunds will be issued.
- You can now save the form and return to it later if you need to. After submitting you will receive an email confirmation.
- Images are no longer compulsory with the entry form, but if you don't upload a photograph your quilt will not be eligible for the Visitors Choice Award.If your quilt isn’t finished, upload a 'Work In Progress' placeholder image with the form and email the final images to [email protected] by Monday 15th July. If you do upload a photo, it will be visible on the website from 1st August onwards (images are not printed in the catalogue).
- Full payment will be required upon submitting this form. Entry fees are non-refundable. If you are a member of the Quilters’ Guild your discount will be applied automatically (if you have ticked the box and entered your membership number).
- Please ensure you read our Mission Statement and Rules / Terms of Entry before submitting the form. By submitting your entry, you are bound by these terms.
