Please note: to manage the flow of visitors, we ask you to please book your tickets in advance. We plan to have a box office on site but there will be fewer booking windows than normal so queues could be longer than normal.
It will be possible to book online via our website throughout the duration of the event, but again we ask you to please book as early as possible.
Advance Ticket Types & Prices
Adult (19+): £17.50
Concession (60+): £15.50
Children: Under 18s: FREE. 5-18 year olds will need to order a ticket (to ensure they get the same entry time as their parent/guardian). Under 5s do not require a ticket.
Please note that all tickets are subject to a £3.50 transaction fee and ticket postage is £3.95.
Advance ticket prices cease at 11.59 Wednesday 29th July. Onsite prices are £19.50 for adults, £18.00 for concessions. There are discounts for members of The Quilters’ Guild.
We are unable to offer a two-day ticket package this year. Visitors who wish to attend multiple days of the Show will need to select the entry time and tickets they require for each day separately. This can be completed in one transaction. Please follow steps at Box Office to add to basket.

We will be following all government guidelines and legislation to ensure that our events are as safe as possible, and our events will only proceed if it is deemed safe by the government and the Chief Medical Officer – with the necessary and required COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
We will continually review and update our approach in line with government guidance.
Should government guidelines deem that it is unsafe to run an event, our Book with Confidence Promise means that you can transfer your ticket to a future event or receive a refund*.
*Refunds exclude transaction fee and See Refund Protection cost, where purchased.

Show Guide
Show Guides cost £8.50 in advance or £6.50 on the day (to cover postage).
The show guide comes in two parts; one section provides a full colour floor plan, list of exhibitors, workshop timetables and galleries. The second contains a detailed listing of the competition entrants (including artist’s name, title of piece, materials used, technical information and artists’ statement).
Show Guides are posted 1 week in advance and should arrive on the 15th of August.
Ticket terms and conditions
- All ticket types can be booked from April 2022.
- Please be assured that should The Festival of Quilts have to be cancelled due to the pandemic, ticket holders will be offered the choice to transfer their booking to 2023 or to receive a refund. Please note that if you choose the refund option, the full cost of the entry tickets, workshops and/or show guides purchased will be refunded but the transaction fee will be retained. If the show goes ahead, our normal terms apply and tickets for The Festival of Quilts are non-refundable.
- A £3.50 transaction fee applies per e-ticket order (for any number of e-tickets purchased), and a £3.95 transaction fee applies per postal ticket order.
- See Tickets are our official provider for The Festival of Quilts 2022.
- If you have selected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you, please note that tickets will not be sent out until June.
- VIP and Group tickets can only be booked in advance and cannot be purchased on the door. VIP tickets cease at midday on Friday 12th August.
- Advance price tickets for Adult, Concession and Children cease at 23:59 on Wednesday 17th August, after which they can be purchased as e-tickets at the on the door price
- Advance workshop bookings cease at 23:59 on Sunday 14th August. The remainder of workshop tickets can be purchased from the workshop booking desk at the show in Hall 6.
- Advance show guide bookings cease at midday on Friday 12th August, this will be posted out a week before the show. Show guides can also be purchased at the show
- You can find full details of the VIP package here. Please note that to receive the workshop discounts you will need to book your workshops at the same time as your VIP ticket.
- Members of the Quilters’ Guild receive discounts on standard adult and concession entry tickets. There are no discounts on VIP entry tickets.
- If you are a Quilters’ Guild member and you book a VIP ticket you will receive whichever workshops discount gives you the bigger saving. You cannot use both offers in conjunction with each other.
- Children aged 5-18 can enter the show free of charge, however a ticket is required.
- Children under five can enter the show free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- Visitors who are disabled who purchase a ticket can be accompanied by a carer who can get a ‘Carer’ ticket free of charge. More information here
