Drop Off/Pick Up & Parking Facilities
Please note, you should bring your Blue Badge with you, even if you are arriving by taxi.
Please display your Blue Badge clearly in your vehicle. You will be directed to the nearest disabled car park – where you can be dropped off and picked up at the end of your visit. Please note there is £12 charge for parking – please see our travel page for more parking details.
Mobility Equipment Hire
Mobility equipment hire is available for visitors.
Wheelchairs – available free of charge for blue badge holders and £5 for all other visitors. The number of wheelchairs the venue have available is limited, so if you’ve got your own, please bring it with you.
Scooters – £15 per day for all visitors.
It is strongly advised for visitors to pre-book equipment to avoid disappointment. Bartrams operate a telephone booking line Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm on 01353 778756.
Visitors can also book via Bartram’s website. For any visitors who have not pre-booked equipment and arrive on the day, any remaining stock will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a non-refundable scheme. As Bartrams’ location varies from show to show, please check the collection point when making a booking.
Assistance dogs are welcome
Induction loop audio systems are fitted in various locations.
There are a number of accessible toilets available across the venue.
Disabled visitors are able to purchase tickets using the concession price. Carers attending with disabled visitors are entitled to free entry to the Show. To request a carer ticket, get in touch with Ticket Factory via the contact us form. Carers accompanying a VIP ticket holder will be allowed access to the VIP lounge but are not entitled to any additional benefits associated with the VIP package.
